Molecola werd in 2012 in Turijn, Italië, geboren vanuit het idee om een volledig Italiaanse Cola te creëren. Met behulp van een recept geïnspireerd op een beroemd boek met Piemontese recepten geschreven in 1854 en in samenwerking met een historische Aromatherié uit Florence, hebben we een drank ontwikkeld die naar onze mening uitzonderlijk is: heerlijk, verfrissend ... en 100% Italiaans.
